Ning has already shut down all of its adult oriented social networking
sites yesterday - January 5th, 2009. Now this isn’t exactly fair to
those that love the adult industry and all that it entails. How boring!
How can this be? This is not a fair situation at all and many
people have put hours of work into their site and have gained many
members. Ning probably could of found alternate ways to sort this out,

Ning has announced that it will shut down its adult content websites and on January 1 will formally ban it. There's no more room for "adult webmasters" on build-your-own social network service Ning, according to a post on the company blog.
"We are exploring ways for adult networks that will no longer be
available on Ning to export their content in addition to their
members," the post by CEO Gina Bianchini read.
